The wood handle rubber stamps are the most economical and are the best choice if your design exceeds 1.75” x 3”. We can customize the wood handles to fit up to an area of 5” x 7”.
But if you want a more efficient way to stamp, the self-inking handles have built-in ink pads for fast and easy stamping. The self-inking handles come in a variety of bright handle colors.
For crisper impressions, the Xstamper Flash Stamp is a good choice for detailed graphics, signature and text. It also offers waterproof impressions and can be used on non-paper surfaces.
Q: What’s the difference between wood rubber stamps, self-inking stamps, and flash stamps?
A: The wood handle rubber stamps need a separate stamp pad.
Self-inking rubber stamps have a built-in ink pad that is replaceable and reinkable.
Flash Stamps carry an ink block that can be easily reinked.
Q: How do I re-ink my self-inking handle?
A: The self-inking handles come with a drawer for the ink pad. Gently push down your handle and lock the handle by pressing the side buttons. Then push out the drawer. To re-ink, put 2 to 3 drops onto the ink pad. Do not overink the ink pad. To maintain the ink pad and quality of the imprints, please use the appropriate refill ink for self-inking handles. Do not use marking ink, numbering ink, or whiteboard ink, as these will damage the ink pad and the handle.
Q: How do I re-ink my Xstamper flash stamp?
A: Gently remove the top cover of your flash stamp handle. Put 1 to 2 drops in the holes. Let the handle stand for a few hours before using. To maintain the ink pad and the quality of the imprints, please use the appropriate refill ink for self-inking handles. Do not use marking ink, numbering ink, or whiteboard ink, as these will damage the ink pad and even the handle.
Q: How do I re-ink my stamp pad?
A: Brush on the stamp pad ink on top of the surface of your stamp pad. Do not overink as this will make the rubberstamp imprints wet and smudgy. To maintain the ink pad and the quality of the imprints, please use the appropriate refill ink for the stamp pad. Do not use marking ink, numbering ink, or whiteboard ink.
Q: Can I use any kind of ink to re-ink my self-inking handles or my flash stamps?

Q: Can I change the color of the ink pad that has already been inked?
A: We do not recommend a change of ink color for ink pads that already have been inked. If you want to change the ink color, we recommend that you buy a new ink pad.
Q: Why is the imprint of my rubber stamp not as clear as before?
A: Your self-inking handle may need to have the ink pad re-inked. Or, the rubber on your handle is worn down and is in need of replacement. Or the ink pad is worn down and is in need of replacement.
Q: Can I use my self-inking stamp on fabric, glass or glossy surfaces?
A: It is not recommended because the regular rubber stamp and the self-inking handles use water-based ink that work best on paper-based or carton based non-glossy surfaces. An alternative is the Flash Stamp, which uses waterproof ink.
Q: Can I use paint on my rubber stamps?
A: We have not seen the effect of using paint on the rubber stamps. But the rubber is made for water-based ink and may be damaged by paint.
Q: Can I have the rubber changed or replaced?
