To order or to make an inquiry, please include the following information:

1. For each rubber stamp, please specify the TEXT / Font / Fontstyle / Handle Model & Handle Color as follows:

We can also accommodate graphics. Please send your graphics in PDF, JPG, TIF, or PSD (300 dpi), .

b. Font and Font Style of the rubber

You may also specify your preferred font.

Font styles: normal * bold * italics * Caps / Lower * ALL CAPS * Small Caps

Font format: Centered * Left * Right

c. Indicate the Handle Color and Model (e.g., Colop P10kr with keyring, Colop P20, Xstamper C11, etc.)

2. Send your order through one of the following:

3. Please include your Name and Contact number

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to send a draft and quotation for your comments.

Payment and Confirmation

When everything has been finalized, you can send your payment via bank deposit to Bank of the Philippines Isalnds (BPI) or Banco de Oro (BDO), or through Gcash, PayPal, Alipay, or LBC Send and Swipe. Please send us an email of the deposit slip when you have made payment so we can send a confirmation of order.

Production and Shipping

Production takes 1-2 business days. Your order will be shipped when we’ve received the full payment. Invoice will be included in shipment.
We offer shipping via courier at an additional rate.

Please note that Sundays and holidays are not counted as production and shipping days. Delivery times may be affected by the current COVID quarantine and /or by rainy and stormy weather.

Booking your own courier pick-up: You can have your orders picked up via your own courier (Grab/Lalamove/ Mr Speedy). Best option is to have it picked up from our Mandaluyong Head Office since SM malls charge a parking fee. We request that you do the booking so as to avoid any confusion on delivery area . Please advise the name of the driver authorized to pick up your order. Please note that we request for full payment prior to releasing the items.
